In this Creo Parametric 3.0 assembly tutorial, we will create a model named ‘Hinge’. The model has three parts. Two parts are created individually and the third part (pin) in the context of the assembly. The tutorial displays application of following tools/commands of the software:– Basic two 2D sketching. Creating a Tangent Plane in Creo Parametric
In this video we will see how to create a tangent plane over a cylindrical surface in creo parametric. To do so the cylindrical surface and a plane should be selected using the Ctrl key. Then specify that the newly created plane should be tangent to cylindrical surface and parallel to the selected plane. Clicking at a right spot will determine the side of plane creation. Revolving from a start point to an end point–Solid Edge
If we check out the revolve tool there is no direct option available to create a feature from a start point to an end point. To do such operation the key points snap and revolve to symmetric and non-symmetric extents option should be used.
