Vise || Creo Parametric Tutorial || (Volume-1)

In this Creo Parametric assembly tutorial, we will create the model of a ‘Vise’. The tutorial covers basic sketching/part modelling concepts also.   The Vise model has three sub-assemblies. The parts of the sub-assemblies are to be created individually not in context or with reference to other parts of the assembly. Some standard parts, images and spring are also used that should be obtained before starting the tutorial, afterwards, the components are placed into the assembly and by using proper constraint they are fitted according to the design.  Volume 1 of the tutorial covers the creation of Subassembly-1 along with its components. Volume 2 of tutorial covers creation of Subassembly-2 & 3 along with final assembly. Get the model file by visiting the following link… http://bit.ly/33MdN2y

Ball Valve || Creo Parametric Tutorial

In this Creo Parametric tutorial, we will create a model named ‘Ball Valve’. Its internal components are created up to a moderate level. This tutorial will give an intermediate-level user a good practice of Extrude Tool along with Revolve Tool, Round Tool, Chamfer Tool, Cosmetic Thread Tool and 2D sketching on different planes. Creo Parametric Beginners Tutorial || Fork

In this Creo Parametric tutorial, we will learn about the basic techniques that will give a beginner quick start-up knowledge of the software by developing a ‘Fork’ model. The model is the part of a Scooter Assembly. The video demonstrates utilization of Extrude Tool, Shell Tool, Sweep Tool, Boundary Blend Tool, Mirror Tool, Round and Chamfer Tool along with basic 2D sketching. Creo Parametric Beginners Tutorial || Tire

In this Creo Parametric tutorial, we will learn about the basic techniques that will give a beginner quick start-up knowledge of the software by developing a ‘Tire’ model. The model is the part of a Scooter Assembly. Two different approaches are demonstrated to develop this model, one by using Extrude Tool and another by using Revolve Tool.   Get the model file by visiting the following link…http://bit.ly/2Jbk7Zl

Creo Parametric Beginners Tutorial || Wheel

In this Creo Parametric tutorial, we will learn about the basic techniques that will give a beginner quick start-up knowledge of the software by developing a ‘Wheel’ model. The model is the part of a Scooter Assembly. The video demonstrates utilization of Extrude Tool, Revolve Tool, Circular Pattern Tool, Mirror Tool and changing Material type along with basic 2D sketching.   Get the finished model file by visiting the following link:- http://bit.ly/2p9fN6j

Create a dome shaped part (Siemens-NX 10 Tutorial with Caption)

Serial No. 1 Create a dome shaped part (Siemens-NX 10 Tutorial with Caption)   Click the following link to get the model file: –http://bit.ly/31QVAA5   Transcription of Video …………………………………………………………………… Open the ‘dome.prt’ file. Choose Isometric view from the Orient View Drop-down list. Click the ‘Sketch’ icon on the ‘Direct Sketch group’. In the Sketch Type group, select On Path. Click anywhere on the lower spline to define the sketch plane. In the Plane Orientation group, from the Orientation list, click the ‘Through Axis’ icon. In the Plane Orientation group, click Specify Vector using the ‘Inferred Vector’ option. Select the Z‐axis of the Datum CSYS. In the Sketch Orientation group, from the Method list, select Use Curve Parameters. To create the sketch, click the middle mouse button. Click the ‘Restore Work View’ icon to return in previous view. Make sure ‘Continuous Auto Dimensioning’ is disabled. Create an intersection point on the upper spline. Click the ‘Intersection Point’ icon on the ‘Direct Sketch group’. Select the upper spline. NX creates a point where the spline intersects the sketch plane. Activate the ‘Line’ tool from the Direct Sketch group. Select the upper Intersection Point and Point of Datum on Path. Activate the ‘Arc’ tool from the Direct Sketch group and select the ‘Arc by Center and End points’ in the Arc Method option. Click as shown to create the arc center point and end points. Constrain the arc center to the Z‐axis, select the arc center and select the Z‐axis of the Datum CSYS and click Point on Curve. Constrain the right end of the arc to the Z‐axis, select the datum axis and select the right end of the arc and click Point on Curve. Construct a vertical line and horizontal line similar to the lines as shown. Activate the ‘Rapid Dimension’ tool from the Direct Sketch group and place the dimension as shown. Right‐click in the graphics window and choose Finish Sketch. Activate the ‘Variational Sweep’ tool from the Surface group. Choose ‘Connected Curves’ option on the Curve Rule drop down list. Choose ‘Stop at Intersection’ option on the Top Border Bar. Select the sketch geometry that you want to sweep, being sure to define the notch correctly. If you have selected the wrong lines, shift‐click to deselect them.

Test Station (Volume-6) Autodesk Inventor 2016 Tutorial

Serial No. 287-F Test Station (Volume-6) Autodesk Inventor 2016 Tutorial The Design of model ‘Test Station’ has been taken from → ‘Sample files’ → Autodesk Inventor. There are some other Subassemblies of parts, associated with this model which are previously displayed in Volumes 1 to 5. Swing Arm of Stand of Monitor is also designed in this video. Table of this model is constructed by channel frame which facilitate to dismantle in a very easy manner by using nut, bolt and other joining fixtures. This is a good practice to make robust joints and is also movable with the aid of wheels. Click the following link to get the model file: – http://bit.ly/2npUHzI
